Non-violent Communication Model
In the 2012 Book, Living Nonviolent Communication, Rosenberg shares a powerful methodology for communicating that allows us to authentically express our feelings and needs. As part of the NVC model, he introduces a list of basic needs we all share. This list and model acknowledges the relationship between violence and language. It helps us better connect and understand each other. Thus, Needs Art is my attempt at disseminating this information in my own way!
